Madison County born, family first

Patti Lillard is a native of Madison County, Virginia. She joined Montague, Miller & Co., an established real estate company in Madison, after a 24-year career with the Virginia Housing Development Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher Program through Orange County Social Services.

Patti earned her B.S. in Housing and Family Development from Virginia Tech. Family and tradition mean a lot to her. Her husband Steve is a lifelong Madison County resident and a Forestry graduate of Virginia Tech. Their son Brent graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, and their daughter Kari graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk.

After working with so many tenants and landlords in Orange County, Patti loves being a friendly guide for families moving to the Blue Ridge Mountain region of Virginia. She knows Madison, Orange and Greene counties especially well, and she never misses an opportunity to visit new properties.
